Vivet – Silver+ Contour Othropeadic Pet Bed (Mattress, Bed Sheet, Waterproof Cover)

Our memory foam mattress moulds to the shape of the animal’s body and protects their prominent and bony surfaces. This helps to distribute the body weight and prevent pressure sores. The contouring properties of the memory foam also allows for great spinal support. Our mattress is especially designed for our large and giant breed dogs and geriatric animals with poor mobility or intervertebral disc disease.

The top layer of the mattress is of medium density and consists of gel particles fused with Visco-gel foam to reduce trapped body heat (cooling effect), speed up spring back time and help the mattress feel softer. Tunnels have also been punched into the body of the memory foam to allow for further heat dissipation.

The bottom layer is higher density foam and helps support the weight of your pet, effectively relieves muscle and joint pain, and prolongs the life of the mattress.

SILVER-ION ANTI-BACTERIAL BED COVER
Our bed cover is made of COOLMAX® freshFX™ and TENCEL® fabric. It is soft, breathable and easy to wash. The cover is also coated with Silver ions (Ag+), which inhibits bacterial growth and reduces body odour and is particularly suitable for animals with skin allergy or dermatitis. The bed cover can be placed in the washing machine for cleaning, and the Silver ions are effective for the entire lifespan of the fabric.

WATERPROOF & HYPOALLERGENIC INNER PROTECTOR
The inner protector is made of Slumbershileld material, which is waterproof and breathable. This stops water, urine or other body fluids soaking into the foam mattress, whilst allowing for increased air circulation to prevent your pet from becoming too hot. If soiled, this layer can be placed into washing machine for cleaning. The hypoallergenic feature reduces allergic reaction to dust mites, fungus and bacteria.
