Returns & Refunds
All products purchased at Pet Space Club eShop cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless the product you ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the product is not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity.
If you believe that your product is defective or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team for follow-ups, within 7 days upon receipt of the product.
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, the product must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- in its original packaging (including manuals, certificates, tags, consumables, bags and boxes)
To speed up the process, we will request you to send us the purchase receipt and photo proofs of the defective/ incorrect product.
If the product is accepted for returns, we will refund the money involved in the order to your bank account within 2-4 weeks. If any promotional discount was applied to the total purchase amount at the time of purchase, you will be refunded according to that amount.
Pet Space Club reserves the right to decline any unreasonable requests for refunds due to damage caused by the customer or amend the terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of disputes.
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any mistaken purchases.
Reasons for unacceptable refunds:
- Products were delivered more than 7 days ago
- Products have been opened, consumed or used
- Products have been damaged by the customer
In general, all purchases made in the Pet Space Club eShop are not subject to refund or exchange. Only when the product is damaged, defective, inconsistent with specifications or sent the wrong product or quantity. We will review it case by case and decide whether to arrange for a return or replacement. The freight arising from the return and exchange will be paid by us.
