Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery for orders over HK$350. A shipping fee of HK$80 will be charged to orders below HK$350.
The delivery service is available Mon – Sat (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

The delivery service will be suspended under bad weather conditions, including typhoon signal no. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, serious flooding or road blockage or closure due to bad weather.

Surcharges for Staircases

Additional surcharges for staircases may apply for buildings without lift access. Please contact our Customer Service Team for a quotation.

Products purchased in the Pet Space Club eShop can be delivered to most places in Hong Kong. Service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Mui Wo.

We DO NOT deliver to the following locations:

  • Outlying Islands (except the areas stated above)
  • Hong Kong International Airport
  • Any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited
  • Logistics warehouse, transshipment warehouse, warehouse that requires payment of entrance or registration fee

Our standard shipping time is within 3-5 working days from the date of your order confirmation. An additional 1 working day may apply for remote areas such as the Outlying Islands. If some items in your order are out of stock or cannot be delivered on the specified date, our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you.

Sorry, since our delivery service is supported by third party logistic partners, we're unable to schedule a specific date at the moment.

Note: COVID-19-related shipping challenges include increases in package volume, which may impact shipment transit times and forecasted delivery dates.

We understand you may not be home during the delivery time and you can work out an alternative drop-off arrangement with the driver (e.g. putting the package at the front door or leaving it with the management office).

Note: Pet Space Club and our logistic partners will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the new drop-off arrangements.

If you find the information you have entered is wrong after order confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Team ASAP for follow-ups.

We will try our best to amend the shipment for you if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has been shipped, the customer will be required to pay for the additional logistics costs incurred.

Yes, a staircase surcharge may apply for no lift building. Please hand the surcharge to the courier upon delivery.
