What kind of prescription products do we sell online?
You can find selected prescription diets and medications in the eShop. You will need a prescription to buy them. Prescription items must be used under the guidance of a veterinarian and only administrated as intended. A common prescribed item is prescription diets. These food have a specific purpose and are meant to be fed only to cats and dogs with specific needs.

You can buy therapeutic diets and prescription diets from Pet Space Club eShop, but you must show us a copy of your veterinary prescription as a veterinarian-recommended diet should only be fed as instructed and only to the pet that needs the specific dietary intervention. Their formulation may not be appropriate for all pets.
Go to My Account > Account Details, create a pet profile under Pet's Info and upload the prescription by clicking the Upload button. Click Update to save your changes.
To speed up the approval process, please inform our Customer Service Team and quote your order no. once you have submitted the prescriptions.
